1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Your return request is submitted to us within 30 days of the item’s delivery date.
The product received is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (not what you ordered).
Please Note: Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. This typically includes (but is not limited to):
Digital downloads or software licenses.
Custom-made or personalized items.
Perishable goods.
Intimate items or sanitary products.
Items explicitly marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
2. The Refund Process
Contact Us: First, request a return by emailing support@bloomiq.lol or calling +1 (608) 830-1716. Include your Order Number and the Reason for Return. Photos are helpful if the item is defective or damaged.
Return Authorization & Shipping: If your return is eligible, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (if applicable) and the return shipping address (HURCO COMPANIES INC, ONE TECHNOLOGY WAY, INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA 46268). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria (unused, original packaging, etc.).
Approval & Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Please allow 3-7 business days after we process the refund for it to appear in your bank or credit card account. Processing times depend on your financial institution.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations:
Items returned after the 30-day window from the delivery date.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are not in their original packaging.
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective or incorrect).
Original shipping and handling fees (unless the return is due to our error – wrong or defective item).
